Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager, supporting leaders and teams.
  • Strong talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR business partnering and advisory support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational matters, policies, and people-related issues.
  • Develop and manage annual manpower and organizational plans in partnership with business leaders and Corporate HR.
  • Lead organization, function, and people reviews, including succession planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and processes across all business functions.
  • Conduct training and development needs assessments and annual learning plans.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, manuals, and SOPs in line with Saudi labor regulations.
  • Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support business-unit initiatives and change management with HR expertise and programs.

Job description

The HR Manager will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources activities, partnering closely with business leaders and functional teams to support organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR business partnering experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, with a proven ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide HR business partnering and advisory support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational matters, policies, and people-related issues.
  • Develop and manage annual manpower and organizational plans in partnership with business leaders and Corporate HR, ensuring workforce structures, budgets, and capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead organization, function, and people reviews, including succession planning, talent identification, workforce optimization, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and processes, including workforce requirements, job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding across all business functions.
  • Conduct training and development needs assessments and develop annual learning plans and training calendars aligned with business priorities and capability requirements.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives that strengthen employee experience and alignment with company values and vision.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, manuals, and SOPs in accordance with company standards and applicable Saudi labor regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce trends, including turnover, recruitment, engagement, performance, and workforce utilization, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Support business-unit initiatives and organizational change by providing HR expertise, change-management support, and effective implementation of people programs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Manager, supporting business leaders and operational teams.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Saudi National.
