Job summary

You will act as a trusted partner to senior line managers, design HR practices, and ensure compliant operations while driving cultural change and a strong talent pipeline.

In this role you will co-build a talent roadmap with the Talent team, manage manpower planning, and support restructures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the current role at AZ KSA with strong understanding of AZ ways of working, Code of Ethics, and governance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant domain is required with HR experience.
• Previous HR Business Partnering experience with solid examples of unlocking the business potential through HR.
