Job summary

MEMF Electrical Industries Co, the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group in Riyadh, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives and lead key HR initiatives across the organization. The role requires 9–12 years in progressive HR roles, strong workforce planning, talent management and employee relations capabilities, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 9–12 years in progressive HR roles, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
• Experience dealing with senior management and business leaders.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Strong leadership and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives for growth, engagement and effectiveness.
• Partner with units to identify workforce needs and talent requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and OD initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policies.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights to senior management.
• Support restructuring, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions.
• Drive a positive employee experience and high-performance culture.
