Job summary

Efficio is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for its Riyadh office on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on HR delivery across employee relations, compliance, operations and government requirements in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will support senior leaders, managers and employees, working three days a week in the office to enable close collaboration and timely people solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with partner-facing responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience using Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI) and managing registration/compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi employment law, Implementing Regulations, Saudization programs and local requirements.
• Experience advising managers on performance, employee relations and sensitivepeople matters.
• Strong stakeholder-management, coaching and communication skills, including influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders, managers and employees in Saudi Arabia as the first point of contact for people matters.
• Translate business plans and local regulatory requirements into practical people plans; coach managers on team dynamics and development.
• Provide guidance on Saudi Labour Law, Implementing Regulations, Ministry requirements and company policy; engage Legal when needed.
• Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding/offboarding, contracts, background checks, absence and leave administration.
• Coordinate government compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, payroll data and HRIS records; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance and global People team on workforce planning and organizational change.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends, mitigate risks and improve employee experience.
