Management System Solutions Company seeks an experienced HR Consultant to help clients shape HR strategy, organizational development, and talent management solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will assess gaps, design compensation structures, and develop performance management systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology, 5+ years in HR consulting or senior HR roles, and strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology.
• 5+ years of HR consulting or senior HR experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulations.
• Experience with job evaluation methodologies.
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
