Job summary

Efficio Limited in Riyadh is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our growing business in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in Riyadh, with the Senior Advisor expected in the office three days per week, partnering with leaders and managers on people priorities.

You will combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery across employee relations, compliance with Saudi Labour Law and Saudization, HR operations, government portals like Qiwa and GOSI, and

Qualifications

4+ years of HR experience with strong business partnering.
Hands-on with Saudi platforms Qiwa and GOSI.
Knowledge of Saudi employment law and Saudization programs.
Experience advising managers on performance and sensitive people matters.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR business partnering to senior leaders and managers.
Lead employee relations and compliance with Saudi labour laws.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and documentation.
Coordinate with Qiwa, GOSI, and payroll stakeholders for compliance.
Advise on Saudization requirements and local employment regulations.
Support organizational change initiatives and employee experience improvements.
