3i holding company is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, with emphasis on onboarding, documentation, and benefits administration.

The position is full-time and based in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah). The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HR databases.
• Prepare and process employment contracts, HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related documents.
• Handle employee requests and inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and absence records.
• Support the administration of medical insurance, GOSI, and other employee benefits.
• Assist with Saudi HR government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams regarding employee data and payroll-related information.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards related to headcount, employee movements, attendance, and leave.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Assist in improving HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
