Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior leader to drive the end-to-end development of hospitality assets, from concept through delivery and handover. You will shape strategy, feasibility and business plans to define positioning and value, while aligning strategy, design, delivery and operators across complex programs.

You will influence senior stakeholders, oversee governance and critical milestones, and mentor teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences and long-term value for the portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality development.
• Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. RICS, RIBA, PMP).

• Lead the end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept to delivery and handover.
• Shape asset strategy, feasibility studies and business plans to define positioning and value.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and operators.
• Ensure assets align with vision and quality benchmarks, delivering best-in-class design and guest experience.
• Provide strategic oversight of key asset decisions, including room mix, amenities and planning.
• Lead asset governance and critical gateway decisions balancing operator, design, and commercial needs.
• Proactively manage interfaces, risks and opportunities across development workstreams.
• Lead governance and executive reporting articulating strategy and priorities.
