Zahid Group in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive heavy equipment sales across the assigned territory. You will identify customer needs, build relationships, achieve targets, and coordinate for deal closure and aftersales support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong English/Arabic communication. You will forecast, report market insights, prepare quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful

Formación

• Basic understanding of heavy equipment applications and customer segments.
• Ability to read equipment specifications and use CRM / call reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to customers across the territory and record outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve annual sales targets for new and used equipment while maintaining pricing and trading guidelines.
• Identify customer requirements, finance needs, and decision structures to convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations, tenders, demonstrations, and commercial offers with stakeholders.
• Maintain a six-month rolling forecast updated by customer and model.
• Collect and report market intelligence on pricing, stock, delivery, and competitor activity.
• Promote product value including ownership cost, aftersales support, and warranty terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support order execution.
• Participate in campaigns, demos, site surveys, launches, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, approvals, credit requirements, and safety standards.
