Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director Commercial to lead a comprehensive suite of commercial activities for major construction development. The role focuses on strategy, risk management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement across high-value projects.

You will oversee a high-performing commercial team, collaborate with project directors, legal, and partners to deliver value, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial management within large-scale construction development.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing commercial operations.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, strategy development and risk management.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million dollar budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that support project and company goals.
• Lead negotiations and management of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to optimize project commercial performance.
• Collaborate with project directors, legal teams, and external partners to manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the commercial team.
