Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial management within large-scale construction development.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing commercial operations.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, strategy development and risk management.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million dollar budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that support project and company goals.
• Lead negotiations and management of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Executive Director Commercial to lead and oversee all commercial activities related to significant Construction Development within Qiddiya. This senior leadership position will play a critical role in driving the commercial strategy, managing high-value contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, commercial strategy development, and risk management.
