Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director, Development to lead the Commercial Office portfolio, driving planning, execution and delivery of office assets. You will provide strategic leadership across the lifecycle including business planning, feasibility, investment evaluation, design oversight, procurement, construction governance, and asset optimization.

You will manage end-to-end development, monitor performance against schedule and cost, and ensure alignment with regulatory and governance

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development or related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Retail Development, or MBA.
• Minimum 10–12 years in retail/destination or integrated development environments with management exposure.
• Professional certifications with real estate, retail, development, construction, or project management institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development planning and execution for commercial office assets and districts.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to handover and operational readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance in scope, schedule, cost, and asset readiness targets.
• Evaluate feasibility, financials, and business cases to inform investment decisions.
• Ensure governance compliance, stage-gate processes, and risk management across developments.
• Coordinate planning, design, commercial, delivery, and operations for integrated development.
• Engage tenants, partners, operators, and service providers to ensure activation readiness.
