Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a highly experienced Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to lead the development of our commercial office projects within the master development. The role requires strategic thinking, deep CRE development expertise, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion while aligning with Qiddiya’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• 9–12 years in commercial real estate development, preferably office-focused.
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, feasibility analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop strategies to optimize performance, profitability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide decisions.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, risk assessments, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards.
• Report milestones, budget status, and risks to senior leadership.
