Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of commercial management experience in the residential property sector.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in contract negotiation and management.

• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate vision
• Lead and inspire a high-performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projects
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes for Qiddiya's residential developments
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standards
