Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of talent management and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to build external partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor programs.
• Monitor program performance with qualitative and quantitative metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage budgets and resources for initiatives to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with priorities.
• Lead change management and communications to promote adoption and engagement.
• Stay updated on global trends and best practices to enhance program impact.
