Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships to lead design, implementation, and management of innovative human capital initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

The role focuses on building external partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance workforce capabilities, develop talent, and support organisational growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs, partnerships, or related initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning concepts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Design, manage, and optimize human capital programs focusing on leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to augment program reach and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor human capital programs accordingly.
• Monitor program performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage budget and resources allocated to human capital initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Lead communication and change management efforts to promote program adoption and participant engagement.
• Stay updated on global human capital trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance program impact.
