Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - HRIS to lead the technology landscape, ensuring HRIS supports all HR functions, maintains data integrity, and boosts operational efficiency.

The role oversees HRIS systems, guides new technology integrations, analyzes HR data for insights, and collaborates with HR and IT to meet business needs. It also includes training, vendor management, and continuous improvements within the HRIS team.

Qualifications

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new HR technologies and tools, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define system requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop training programs and resources to educate HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades, support, and development.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and systems protocols.
• Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and industry trends to drive future enhancements to our HRIS.
• Provide leadership and direction to the HRIS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
