You will monitor market trends, optimize business performance, supervise and coach the team, organize promotional activities, and ensure process accuracy across systems to support audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive GCE revenue through proactive selling and strong conversion of inquiries
• Review business plans, identify revenue gaps, and implement initiatives to meet targets
• Align sales activity with Hilton's selling strategy and ensure market adaptability
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform tactics
• Conduct spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and quality
• Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase visibility
• Supervise, coach, and develop the team with performance evaluations
