Job summary

Amazon in Riyadh is seeking a proactive leader to own a new category in the MENA Grocery team (UFG). You will build vendor relationships, drive sourcing, manage profitability, optimize pricing, and collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will influence stakeholders, develop an end-to-end engagement model, and deliver strategic initiatives with strong analytics and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ years in account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Category leaders to drive new strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
• Negotiate and build strategic partnerships, align vendor terms of trade and contracts.
• Build the annual seasonal portfolio to drive traffic and engagement.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve key metrics (Selection, profitability, Pricing, Availability).
• Own the P&L post-launch to hit top and bottom-line targets and drive profitability.
• Define selection assortment and refine mix to reduce shrinkage and improve CX.
