Emdad By Elm is seeking a Governance & Strategy Expert to lead and support governance and strategic planning initiatives. You will develop frameworks, policies, and organizational models to improve decision-making clarity and accountability.

You will perform strategic studies, monitor KPIs, prepare executive reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. Strong Arabic and English proficiency is required along with extensive governance experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, governance, management consulting, organizational development, or related fields.
• Proven experience in preparing studies, analyses, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience in developing governance frameworks, policies, decision-making authorities, organizational structures, and responsibilities.
• Experience in strategic planning, monitoring initiatives, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong report preparation and executive presentation skills.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support governance and strategic planning activities by developing frameworks, policies, and organizational models to enhance decision-making clarity.
• Develop and review governance and strategy frameworks to align with objectives and strategic direction.
• Translate strategic directions into measurable objectives and initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and analytical studies for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and KPIs, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.
• Analyze organizational structures and operating models to improve governance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with departments to align plans with the overall strategy.
• Benchmark governance practices locally and internationally to inform improvements.
