The role develops and implements performance frameworks, monitors KPIs, evaluates departmental performance, and measures progress toward strategic objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior level.
• 8–12 years in performance management or strategy execution, with leadership experience.

• Develop and implement corporate performance management framework aligned with EjadTech strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards, and ensure alignment with departmental plans.
• Prepare executive reports and provide insights to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate governance and performance reviews across functions.
