Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring in Riyadh for a Customer Development & Sales role within its global logistics network. You will develop enterprise customers, shape integrated logistics and supply chain solutions, and lead negotiations and project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and manage customer accounts and receivables while building strong relationships and driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, account development, or customer management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop key enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, SOEs, and CSOEs; identify needs, develop and execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and expand the business.
• Develop integrated logistics and supply chain solutions; lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation to deliver one-stop logistics solutions.
• Continuously identify new business opportunities, manage customer projects and day-to-day account operations, drive optimization and product adoption, and enhance engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure smooth procurement, fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales processes.
• Manage accounts receivable for customers with credit terms, ensure timely payments, provide after-sales support, and strengthen long-term relationships.
