Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to develop enterprise accounts and drive cross-border logistics solutions. You will identify customer needs, lead commercial negotiations, and manage end-to-end deals with Fortune 500 and state-owned enterprises.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and Business teams to deliver integrated logistics offerings, monitor market trends, and ensure successful project implementation while expanding JD Global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account development, or customer management; logistics or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise customers, negotiate commercially, and drive client acquisition and project implementation.
• Strong market insight, customer needs analysis, and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop key enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies and state-owned enterprises; identify customer needs and expand business.
• Lead integrated logistics and supply chain solutions; negotiate contracts and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage day-to-day account operations, drive opportunities, and enhance product adoption.
• Provide market insights and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Business teams for smooth procurement and fulfillment processes.
• Oversee receivables management and maintain strong customer relationships.
