Jobs for Humanity is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to acquire and manage key government and public sector accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the full sales cycle, build C‑level relationships, and position our SaaS solutions as strategic enablers for public organizations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, a strong Saudi network across public entities, and fluency in Arabic and English. Saudi nationality or legal residency is required.

Qualifications

• Saudi National or legal resident of Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years in enterprise sales within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven success selling software/SaaS to large enterprise accounts.
• Strong network within Saudi Arabia across public sector entities and related orgs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise/public sector.
• Expand and manage existing accounts to drive long‑term growth and retention.
• Own and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers (C‑level to influencers).
• Position SaaS solutions as strategic, long‑term partners for customers.
• Develop account plans and tailored sales strategies addressing needs and pain points.
• Set and achieve sales targets; report forecasts and pipeline in CRM.
