Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a contracts management professional to oversee contract administration across the full lifecycle. The role requires coordinating negotiations, reviewing amendments, and tracking performance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

You will maintain rigorous contract records and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes on large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in contracts management or related fields.
• Experience with large-scale projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or public sector is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Support contract negotiations and review amendments and change requests.
• Monitor contractor performance and mitigate contractual risks.
• Maintain contract records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial and operational outcomes.
