Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Finance & Procurement to lead finance and procurement across the organization. You will drive strategies, budgets and compliance while fostering strong vendor and partner relationships.

The role requires a proven track record in senior finance/procurement leadership, guiding multi-disciplinary teams on large projects and initiatives. English fluency is essential; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in finance and procurement; 5+ in senior leadership.
Experience with large-scale projects or organizations.
Strong budgeting, analysis, procurement best practices, and contract mgmt.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead finance and procurement departments aligning with strategic goals.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance and regulatory standards.
Drive process improvements across finance and procurement for efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and financial partners.
Provide leadership and development for finance and procurement teams.
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects.
