Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk to strengthen its risk management framework across its ambitious projects. The role requires strategic leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will drive risk documentation, develop effective response strategies, and conduct risk workshops to promote a proactive culture of risk awareness and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years in risk management, with 5+ years on large-scale development or construction projects.
• CRM or PMI-RMP certification preferred.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methods.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with risk management software and project management tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance the risk management framework and methodologies for diverse projects.
• Lead teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks with thorough assessments.
• Create and maintain risk registers and monitor documented risks.
• Develop and implement risk response strategies with actionable mitigation plans.
• Lead risk workshops and training sessions for project teams.
• Monitor compliance with risk protocols and adjust to evolving projects.
• Collaborate to foster proactive risk management culture.
• Review and update the risk management framework regularly.
