Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement for construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. You will lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and collaborate with engineers to maximize value and meet project timelines.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in ERP systems and procurement software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 25+ years experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in construction.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives, projects, and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and SLAs.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition to delivery and PO tracking.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities, metrics, and cost savings to senior management.
