Foreground LLC is seeking a Commercial Director to lead all commercial activities in a major Saudi construction portfolio. The role focuses on contracts, cost control, claims handling, and risk management across tendering, execution and final account settlement.

You will strengthen commercial governance and improve margin visibility while guiding senior teams and interfacing with clients, consultants, and legal advisors.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial leadership experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong contract management and claims expertise.
• Proven ability to manage project financials and risk.
• Experience on large Saudi projects preferred.
• Chartered or professionally qualified candidates strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all commercial aspects, including contracts and cost control.
• Support tendering through execution and final account settlement.
• Strengthen governance and improve margin visibility.
• Lead senior commercial teams and interface with clients, consultants, and legal advisors.
• Report to executive leadership and contribute to bid strategy and contract structuring.
