Job summary

foregroundllc seeks a Director of Procurement to lead strategy, sourcing, and contract negotiations for major construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee supplier selection, contract frameworks, and performance management to deliver value and mitigate risk.

You will collaborate with project teams, finance, and legal, support early contractor involvement, and drive governance and transparency across procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership experience in construction or project environments.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments.
