Job summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia Marketplace is seeking a customer-obsessed Category Merchant Manager for Home and Electronics. You will own sizeable portions of the P&Ls, drive high-visibility projects, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize assortments and seller partnerships in Saudi Arabia.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, hands-on analytics, and collaboration with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance to ensure top-notch products and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL or similar.
• Experience cross-functionally with non-tech teams (4+ years).
• Experience with software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Home and Electronics Leadership on planning and business strategy.
• Drive a best-in-class shopping experience for customers in Home and Electronics.
• Maximize unit sales and GMV growth through analysis and action.
• Optimize assortments across home goods and electronics product lines.
• Develop strategies to enhance seasonal offerings and stay ahead of tech trends.
• Partner with Marketplace teams to recruit strategic sellers and expand category offerings.
• Create incentive structures to attract national and international brands.
