Job summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia Marketplace team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Category Merchant Manager (CMM) to help shape the future of our Home and Electronics marketplace. You will own substantial portions of the category P&Ls, drive growth and efficiency, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize assortments, onboarding of brands, and the customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and communication abilities.
4+ years cross‑functional collaboration with non‑tech teams.
Experience with data analysis tools (SQL or similar).
Experience leading cross‑functional projects and managing large programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Home and Electronics Leadership on planning and strategy.
Drive best‑in‑class shopping experience for customers in Home and Electronics categories.
Maximize unit sales and GMV growth through analysis and action.
Optimize assortments across home goods and electronics lines.
Develop seasonal offerings and stay ahead of tech trends.
Partner with Marketplace teams to recruit strategic sellers.
Create incentive structures to attract top brands to the platform.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to optimize delivery and standards.
