Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, with a strong focus on contracting or construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business opportunities and secure project leads.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically within the contracting sector.
