Job summary

XAD Technologies seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for the Construction sector in KSA. You will lead strategic client engagement, identify opportunities, and drive tendered projects across civil, telecom, MEP, and infrastructure domains.

Strong network with developers, EPCs, and consultants is essential, along with robust proposal and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Business Development within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market and local business practices.
• Proven track record of securing construction projects and generating new business.
• Established network with developers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers in KSA.
• Experience in tendering, bidding, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi construction market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities.
• Generate leads and secure new projects in civil construction, infrastructure, tower construction, substations, and MEP works.
• Develop business strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Identify upcoming projects and participate in tenders, RFQs, and prequalification processes.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare competitive bids.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and construction industry developments in KSA.
• Maintain a strong project pipeline and provide regular business development reports to management.
• Explore opportunities with major developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and telecom operators in Saudi Arabia.
