Job summary

Front End is seeking a high-impact Bidding & Estimation Manager to drive strategic proposals and commercial estimation across major energy, offshore, and industrial opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the region.

You will lead end-to-end bids, develop competitive pricing models, and collaborate with leadership, operations, technical teams, OEMs, and partners to convert opportunities into revenue through winning proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in bidding, estimation, tendering, or commercial management.
• Strong background in Energy / Oil & Gas; Offshore & Marine; EPC or industrial projects.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or major EPCs preferred.
• Strong Excel and estimation modeling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bidding process from qualification to final submission.
• Develop and own commercial and technical proposals.
• Build winning strategies for Saudi Aramco, EPCs, utilities, and government projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and business development teams.
