Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of bid management experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for bids.
• Write, edit, and review bid content for clarity and compliance.
• Manage production and delivery of bid documents and proposals.
• Analyze bid requirements, evaluation criteria, and competition.
• Ensure bids comply with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a bid library with templates and best practices.
• Track bid progress, success rates, and KPIs.
• Improve bid processes and methodologies for efficiency.
• Collaborate with GI and EB heads across territories to align strategies.
