Mace is seeking an experienced Bid Manager for opportunities in the Middle East. You will lead end-to-end bid processes, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and ensure compliant, compelling submissions. The role supports major pursuits, manages governance, and maintains bid content libraries.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across the global pursuits network. Hybrid working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bid management experience required.
• Experience managing bids in Middle East markets.
• Proficiency with InDesign; APMP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of bids from qualification to submission and post-tender activities.
• Support bid managers on major pursuits.
• Review tender documentation and develop compliance matrices, response plans and bid programmes.
• Lead bid kick-off meetings, workshops, reviews and governance processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to ensure timely, compliant bid delivery.
• Develop, edit and enhance bid content, CVs and project profiles for client-focused submissions.
• Manage tender clarifications and responses to client queries.
• Oversee client tender portals and electronic submission processes.
• Ensure governance reviews, approvals and sign-offs are completed.
• Maintain central bid inbox and accurate opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain the Mace content hub for bids and pursuits.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple opportunities.
• Demonstrate commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Mace global pursuits network through meetings and knowledge sharing.
