Job summary
DAR Engineering is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. The role requires an engineering background with a strong consulting mindset to identify and secure opportunities in building design, infrastructure, and energy projects, while managing relationships with developers, government entities, and strategic partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- MBA or related postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across building and infrastructure design in KSA and GCC.
- Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Build relationships with developers, government entities, PMO/PMC firms, contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, tenders, mega-projects, and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
- Lead client engagement from initial approach to proposal and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to reflect scope and value in proposals.
