Job summary

Asteri Beauty is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead an in-store team and drive sales excellence in the GCC region. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer experience, and operational control to meet brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and store performance metrics, and collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and in-store events. Fluent English and Arabic are required for success in this market.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience within GCC retail beauty industry.
• Extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and KPIs.
• Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management, including cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of best-in-class team and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Manage store operations to achieve sales objectives and KPIs in line with brand vision.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide reports/insights to maximize stock potential.
• Coach sales team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction on the shop floor.

• Maintain staffing levels and prepare schedules with adequate shift coverage.
• Forecast seasonal peaks and manage staff rotas accordingly.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events with regional management.
• Manage store inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure operational excellence in line with regional culture and local laws through frontline training.

Job description

Store Manager excellence requires full-time in-store presence:

• Recruitment of best-in-class team who will deliver excellent customer experience.
• Management of the store operations in order to achieve sales objectives and operations key performance indicator in line with the brand’s vision.
• Monitors and analyzes sales performance and provides reports on performance and insights to maximize stock potential.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the sales team by regular coaching on the deliverance of exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales leadership through being a team member of the sales floor.
• Maintains staffing levels consistent with operational needs to ensure exceptional customer service provided at all times; prepares schedules and ensures adequate shift coverage
• Ensures seasonal peaks and activities are taken account of when preparing forecasts and staff rotas.
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and in-store events through consistent communication with regional management.
• Management of the store inventory as well as stock levels, ensuring smooth operational guidelines are met.
• Ensuring operational excellence is maintained in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives for frontline teams.
