GDC-ME is seeking an Aviation Logistics Manager to direct all logistics and supply chain activities for the ATSS program in Riyadh. The role provides strategic leadership in material management, distribution, performance reporting, and personnel development to ensure aviation asset readiness.

The successful candidate will oversee Unit Supply, POL, PBO, and other logistics functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contracts, and mission needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics/supply chain with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional or an Associate degree required.
• Aviation or defense/military logistics background preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, international procurement, and vendor management.

Description:

The Aviation Logistics Manager (DAA) is responsible for directing all logistics and supply chain management (SCM) activities supporting the ATSS program. This role provides strategic leadership in material management, distribution, performance reporting, and personnel development to ensure the sustained readiness of aviation assets. The manager will oversee logistics including Unit Supply, Petroleum, Oils & Lubricants (POL), Property Book Office (PBO), and other directed commodity functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and mission needs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional or Associate degree.
• Aviation or defense/military logistics background strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, military supply chain practices, or international procurement processes.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and personnel management skills.
• Expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, and requisition processes.
• Working knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export compliance, and vendor management.
• Analytical ability to forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Proficiency with logistics ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• US Citizenship is required for access to export/import control information.
• Possess a valid driver's license

Medical Examination:

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record:

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing:

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
