Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth for the Specimen Management portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will deliver clinical demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, build strong relationships with KOLs and procurement, and collaborate across marketing, technical support, and customer service to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a scientific/medical field, 3–5 years in medical device sales, and deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/medical field
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales with clinical exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Solid clinical understanding relevant to BD products and applications

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals
• Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, procurement, clinicians)
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical support, customer service) to enhance customer experience
• Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
