Job summary

BD in Abha, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Specimen Management portfolio. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver clinical demonstrations, and support healthcare professionals across Southern regions to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor's in a scientific/medical field and 3–5 years in medical device sales with good knowledge of the Saudi market; you will collaborate with Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/medical field.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience with clinical exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and regulations.
• Proven sales targets achievement and growth experience.
• Solid clinical understanding related to BD products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and clinical training to healthcare professionals
• Provide ongoing clinical support including troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders KOLs, procurement, clinicians
• Monitor market trends and customer needs sharing insights with internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally marketing, technical support, customer service to enhance customer experience
• Represent BD at conferences, workshops and industry events
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports and administrative documentation
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards
