BD is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for the Northern region in Saudi Arabia, covering Al Jowf and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes clinical support, product demonstrations, and building relationships with healthcare professionals to grow BD’s Specimen Management portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in medical device sales, a strong grasp of the Saudi market, and a relevant biomedical or nursing background.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/medical field.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market.
• Solid clinical understanding relevant to BD products.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Nursing or laboratory background is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets and grow within the assigned territory.
• Develop plans to expand market share and identify opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, procurement, clinicians).
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
• Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulations.
