Job summary

MBRF in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage daily spare parts warehouse activities, ensure accurate SAP records, and drive inventory control and process improvements.

You will coordinate with Planning and Maintenance teams, supervise storage, and ensure compliance with HSE and audits. 2-5 years warehousing experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Office required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehousing experience, including spare parts, food products/commodities and/or cold storage
• Knowledge of inventory management and storage systems
• Hands-on SAP and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with KPIs and production operations/processes
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate activities

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spare parts warehouse operations including goods receiving, checks, storage, movements and documentation
• Ensure accurate inventory records by reconciling PO, delivery notes and stock in SAP
• Conduct periodic physical counts and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor slow-moving materials and manage ~7,500 SKUs
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance and other teams to resolve issues
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and address maintenance needs
• Ensure HSE, fire safety and legal compliance and support audits
• Identify and implement process and inventory improvements with the team

What will you be doing at MBRF?

• Manage daily spare parts warehouse operations, including goods receiving, quality and quantity checks, storage, material movements and proper documentation
• Ensure accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery notes and physical stock, and recording all movements in SAP
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and spot checks, investigate differences and take necessary corrective actions
• Monitor slow-moving materials and manage approximately 7,500 SKUs, supporting effective inventory planning and control
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance and other relevant teams to resolve operational and purchasing issues and ensure smooth daily warehouse activities
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse by determining appropriate storage locations and identifying maintenance needs related to the warehouse’s physical structure
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety and legal requirements, and support internal, customer and public institution audits with the required documentation
• Identify and implement process and inventory control improvements, while guiding warehouse team members on operational standards and best practices

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• High School or Associate Degree graduate
• 2–5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics, including at least 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, food products/commodities and/or cold storage
• Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and storage systems
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of KPIs, management tools and production operations/processes
