Dynamic Parts Trading Est in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Planning & Procurement Specialist to manage inventory planning and purchasing for Chinese heavy trucks and commercial vehicles. You will analyze demand, stock levels, and supplier options to ensure availability and cost efficiency.

• Analyze sales history, current stock levels, and customer demand to determine purchasing requirements.
• Decide which spare parts to order, when to reorder, and the appropriate quantities.
• Develop and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels, reorder points, and inventory plans.
• Forecast demand and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical spare parts.
• Identify and verify spare parts using part numbers, catalogues, vehicle models, and technical specifications.
• Prepare purchasing plans and place orders directly with suppliers and manufacturers in China.
• Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and secure competitive purchasing terms.
• Communicate with Chinese suppliers regarding availability, specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on purchase orders and shipments until the goods arrive in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock availability.
• Monitor excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare regular inventory and procurement reports.

Dynamic Parts Trading Est is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Planning & Procurement Specialist to manage spare parts inventory planning and purchasing for Chinese heavy trucks and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of spare parts, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently decide what to purchase, when to order, and in what quantities.
