Job summary

United Motors Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Parts Logistics Manager to lead strategic planning, governance and optimization of spare parts logistics across all branches and depots, ensuring supply continuity.

You will oversee ERP systems, supplier performance and international freight, driving cost efficiency, timely replenishment, and regulatory compliance while aligning inventory, procurement and finance to support group growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts logistics and inventory management.
• Automotive industry background is mandatory.
• Prior experience with a principal supplier is highly desirable.
• Experience managing 3PL contracts and international freight is essential.
• Experience with Saudi customs and regulatory compliance (ZATCA, SASO, SABER) is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a unified logistics control framework across all branches and depots.
• Develop and enforce Group-wide logistics policies covering inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, warehousing, replenishment, VOR handling, and compliance.
• Direct end-to-end spare parts logistics across the UMG network in Saudi Arabia, managing 50,000+ SKUs.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, ensuring smooth movement of parts between suppliers, warehouses, and branches.
• Direct international freight strategy across ocean, air, and land to optimize cost and service levels.
• Drive warehousing and logistics cost optimization and risk mitigation.
