Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner, within the Luxury Spa environment of Al Faisaliah.

You will support spa operations, assist in treatment rooms, reception, retail, pantry and consultation lounge, and participate in learning and development programs while enjoying MOstay benefits and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
• Fully support all learning and development activities.
• Support and adhere to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
• Ensure compliance with the MOHG social media Policy, including responsibility for content published on any platform.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Spa Therapist is responsible for, responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner.

As Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
• It is part of your role and your responsibility to fully support all learning and development activities.
• Support and adhere to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.
• Ensure compliance with the MOHG social media Policy, i.e. to be fully responsible for the content you publish on any social media platform, including your personal site.
