Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to oversee the entire Spa & Wellness facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and alignment with MOHG standards. Based in Riyadh, you will manage team performance, scheduling, and service delivery in a luxury environment.

You will drive standards, monitor KPIs, and lead trainings while maintaining strong financial controls and supplier relationships within a renowned luxury hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spa operations meet MO group standards and brand expectations.
• Oversee scheduling, rosters, annual leave and holidays for spa staff.
• Monitor guest interactions and service quality across all touchpoints.
• Manage purchasing requests and inventory for spa, beauty and wellness.
• Track KPIs and ensure monthly reporting and analytics are up to date.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and distribute minutes to team.
• Develop staff training plans and product knowledge for all team members.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Spa Operations Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, Spa and Wellness team. In addition, the direct functionality of the Spa Operations Manager is to maintain a high level of service and oversee all operating aspects of the Spa and Wellness facility. While at the same time ensuring levels of service are compliant with the standards outlined by the Group Spa division.

As Spa Operations Manager, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

• It is part of your role to understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• MOHG Code of Conduct requires that all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, with all rules, regulations, and other requirements.
• Ensure the colleagues’ career path and development needs are being prioritised and documented in accordance with the MO Profile online system.

• Ensure that all standards of LQE, MOQA and Forbes are followed consistently.
• Hold monthly meetings with all colleagues to assure they have a forum to voice any concerns or challenges and share departmental and hotel information.

As Spa Operations Manager, weexpectfrom you:

• Responsible for the operations of the entire Spa & Wellness including guest interactions.
• Review treatments and notes on Spa Soft.
• Coordinate scheduling of duty rosters, annual leave and bank holidays for all colleagues.
• Responsible for motivating retail sales and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.
• Daily briefings with spa team.
• Monthly meetings with all Spa colleagues. A written agenda must be prepared and Spa Operations Manager will ensure written minutes are distributed to all spa colleagues and People & Culture following the meeting.
• Ensure purchasing requests are submitted once per month or once every three months for all professional products.
• Ensuring that all accounting procedures are followed. Initiating accounting procedures. Monitor guest charge and recollection
• Ensure KPIs are updated at the end of each month.
• Sign of the monthly training calendar.
• Continuous retail training for the entire team.
