Role Description

The Spa Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in the Riyadh Region. This role oversees daily spa operations, including managing the reception area, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout spa facilities. The Spa Supervisor leads and supports spa team members, monitors service quality, and ensures that all treatments and services align with brand standards and health and safety requirements. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and feedback, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, and collaborating with management to optimize spa offerings and revenue. The Spa Supervisor also assists with staff scheduling, basic inventory oversight, and ongoing training to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience in leading teams, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating staff schedules.


• Excellent customer service capabilities, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences and managing inquiries and feedback professionally.


• Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.


• Experience in receptionist duties such as managing bookings, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and maintaining an organized front desk.


• Ability to train and coach spa staff to uphold service standards, guest care protocols, and safety and hygiene practices.


• Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations, preferably in a luxury environment.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in service delivery and facility presentation.


• Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking software; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.


• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.


• Relevant diploma or certification in hospitality, spa management, or a related field is preferred.
