Qualifications

• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule facility usage for smooth operation and peak efficiency.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements.
• Prepare annual budget with Rooms Division and manage costs.
• Analyze revenues and drive actions to meet financial goals.

• Collaborate with Health & Wellness professionals for specialty services.
• Coordinate promotions with Marketing for guest engagement.
• Engage in executive meetings to report spa performance.
